As of January 2022, there are three Consolidated Budget Status Reports: the Program-Wide Consolidated Budget Status Report, the 2016 Master Plan Consolidated Budget Status Report, and the Measure R Consolidated Budget Status Report. All of them are grouped by School Site and include Total Budget, Total Commitments, and Total Expenditures.
The Program-wide Consolidated Budget Status Report tracks all projects in the Bond Program dating back to FY 2001. The 2016 Master Plan Consolidated Budget Status Report tracks the projects that are included in the 2016 Facilities Master Plan. The Measure R Consolidated Budget Status Report tracks the projects that are funded by Measure R.
