Hi everyone, I’m Eric. I grew up in Pinole and attended this district when it was Richmond Unified. I now live in El Cerrito with my wife (also an educator…), our three kids, and our two dogs . 

I received my bachelor’s degree at University of California, San Diego and a master’s degree in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University in 2016. 

This will be my 10th year as a teacher. I began at Wilson Elementary teaching K-3 NSH until we piloted and later adopted the ISP program which also came with a name change to Michelle Obama School. This is my third year at Vista and I feel so happy and grateful to be part of this community!

When I’m not teaching, you might find me fishing, mountain biking, golfing, or at one of my kids sporting events!
