Dr. Morris
Saludos,
My name is Estella Morris and I am a Supervising Secondary Teacher at Vista Family of Schools. It is exciting to be part of virtual learning that offers students more opportunities to be educationally successful.
I bring more than thirty years of educational experiences (Secondary Spanish teacher, Bilingual Resource Teacher, Teacher Trainer for Title VII, Assistant Dean at Laney Community College, Adjunct Lecturer at local Community Colleges) in the Bay Area. I have been working for WCCUSD for sixteen years primarily as a Secondary Spanish Teacher.
My educational background consist of a BA in Spanish and Anthropology from UC Berkeley, Secondary Teaching Credential in Spanish and minor in Anthropology from UC Berkeley, MA in Education with Speciality in Second Language Acquisition at USF, Doctorate in Education, Second Language Acquistion and Multicultural Education from USF.
During my free time my hobbies include making chocolates and gourmet cooking. I also enjoy spending time with my family.
