Kindergarten (K)
- Reading & Writing: Lucy Calkins program for developing literacy skills.
- Phonics: Heggerty and Lexia programs to build foundational phonics and decoding skills.
- Mathematics: Zearn and interactive activities for a comprehensive math experience.
- Science: Twig curriculum for exploring scientific concepts through hands-on activities.
- Social-Emotional Learning: Building essential social skills and emotional understanding.
Grades 1-3
- Reading & Writing: Continued use of the Lucy Calkins program to enhance reading fluency, writing, and comprehension.
- Phonics: Advanced phonics instruction with Heggerty and Lexia.
- Mathematics: Zearn for progressive math concepts, including addition, subtraction, and problem-solving.
- Science: Twig curriculum to explore life, physical, and earth sciences with interactive experiments.
- Social Studies: Learning about communities, historical figures, and basic economics.
- Arts & Physical Education: Creative and physical activities to support holistic development.
- Social-Emotional Learning: Building essential social skills and emotional understanding.
Grades 4-6
- Reading & Writing: Advanced literacy skills through the Lucy Calkins program, including literary analysis and research.
- Phonics: Continued phonics and vocabulary building with Heggerty and Lexia.
- Mathematics: Zearn and additional resources for deeper understanding of multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and geometry.
- Science: Twig curriculum for in-depth scientific inquiry and investigations.
- Social Studies: U.S. history, geography, and cultural studies with a focus on critical thinking.
- Technology & Enrichment: Introduction to technology skills and various extracurricular activities.

English Language Development (ELD) Program
We use the Benchmark Education program to guide our English Language Development (ELD) instruction. This program provides a structured approach to language learning, helping our students build essential skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
