I've been teaching different levels of students for almost 6 years now but I'm still in my first year at Pinole Middle School as an NSH Special Day Class teacher. I'm currently teaching 7th and 8th grade students from U.S. History, World History, English Language to Reading classes. 

 

My Background:
I grew up in a beautiful place named Cebu City, Philippines, where I developed my passion for teaching. When I was in high school, I started teaching as a Sunday school teacher in my church.

Then I finished my Bachelor's degree major in Special Education in one of the best schools in my place. On that same year that I got my diploma, I passed our licensing examination for teachers in my place. Then after a year, I started my Masters degree major in Early Childhood Education. After that, I took up a Diploma course majoring in Mild-Moderate Disabilities.

 

During my college years, I had been a volunteer buddy in Best Buddies Philippines Organization. In there, we paired with a special buddy and do the activities together all throughout the school year. For that reason, I had a glimpse to different kinds of students with special needs.
